The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 to 72 hours after the order is placed.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

DELIVERY PROCESS:
All of the items that we sell are limited editions. To insure that our items are delivered and received safely, Worldwide Shipping with FedEx or UPS Express 1 to 3 business day Delivery !!  If you will not be home during the day then anyone at home 21 years of age or older can take the package. UPS or Fedex attempts for delivery 3 different days.. if you missed the first attempt of delivery then UPS or Fedex comes again next day and other day. If Shipping Company cannot reach you on all delivery attempts then Shipping Company hold the package for you to pick up in UPS or Fedex Store. Please call Shipping Company and locate the package with your tracking number.


★Please also make sure you have the Right address on the order. We can't change the address ones we have shipped out. We won't take any responsibility. Do not ask issue a refund for wrong address. This information also clarified in shop policies.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM / TAX / DUTIES

The price of our products do not include any duties, tax or VAT. We charge you product and shipping costs only.

In many countries, the buyer (you) has to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. if any, will be applied, The laws are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the regulations / customs /practices /loopholes / paperwork /codes and such of every single country. Therefore, it is your responsibility to find out that information BEFORE you order with us as you (the buyer) are responsible for any / all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties etc. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes

If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout.
